The selection procedure is based on executive Management Aptitude Test (eMAT) for eMEP carried out on annual basis by IIMK. Following the written tests, short listed candidates are called for interviews and group discussions via IOL platform.
For other management courses the selection is done on the examination of the submissions and interviews. Short listed candidates who have applied for eEPSM, eEPOM, eEPF and eEPM courses are also asked to go through interview method.
